  1. Desktop size – approx. 70x70x60 cm magnet + 19'' electronic rack. The overall system footprint is equivalent to the size of a standard office desk.
  2. Magnet weight is approx. 500Kg.
  3. 1 Tesla permanent magnet.
  4. Workplace – the magnet has zero fringe magnetic fields (zero external magnetic field) therefore, it can be placed almost anywhere. Shielded room is not required.
  5. Electricity - standard office outlet.
  6. Magnet design - access from at least 2 directions.
  7. Bore (gap) size 76x200mm; net bore - accommodates mouse, rat, and standard microplate.
  8. Field of view (FOV)– cylinder of at least (Diameter, Length) 80x55mm.
  9. Resolution – better than 100 microns with local coils.
  10. Coils - the system will be supplied with up to 4 RF coil channels. Additional dedicated coils for a variety of applications are available upon request.
  11. Animal handling (heating, restraint, and temperature control), anesthesia and gating systems are available for mice and rats.
  12. MRI sequences –

    2. T2W FSE (2D & 3D)
    3. T1W FSE (2D & 3D)
    4. T1W Gradient Echo (3D)
    5. DWI (diffusion weighted)
More sequences will be provided during warranty period and under service agreement
