Tumor growth analysis was performed on C57BL/6 mice implanted subcutaneously with B16

melanoma cells. Ten adult C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks old) were maintained in specific pathogenfree

conditions at both the animal facility of the Department of Clinical and Biological Sciences,

Turin University, Italy, and Charles River Laboratories (Calco, Italy).
